Monthly coaching includes:
A customized training and recovery map we will use to reach your goals, the FITplan, created for you in an initial 60-minute session.
An initial 30-minute DietFIT session to establish healthy habits and a nutrition plan that works for you and your lifestyle.
Each week:
We will meet via a 15-minute Pacesetter phone call.
Once a month:
We will complete a 45-minute Virtual FITplan review meeting via Google Meets.
All plans include StormFIT text support 9am-5pm PST M-F.
