Who is this guy?

My journey into fitness wasn’t traditional, and that’s exactly why I connect so deeply with the people I train.

I started in customer service, working long hours as a server and bartender, before spending some time in the corporate world. It wasn’t until I walked away from a job on a tree trimming crew that I realized something important: I needed to blend my passion for movement and physicality with meaningful work. That led me to coaching, and I’ve never looked back.

I earned my first certification in 2011 through the National Personal Training Institute (now part of NCSF) and recertified with NASM in 2022. In 2024, I completed the Precision Nutrition Level 1 course, and I’m currently training for my SFG Level 1 certification. This journey has made me a stronger and more thoughtful coach, especially after working through my own physical challenges, including hamstring tendonitis from childhood injuries. That personal experience has shaped my training philosophy and given me a deep understanding of how the body and mind work together.

I’ve helped clients like John lose over 150 pounds while building lean muscle and improving movement quality. I’ve coached Graham to hit his lifelong goal of benching 225 and doing pull-ups, all within a year. As a coach for the global yoga company Man Flow Yoga, I’ve inspired members to start their fitness journeys and led weekend workshops for groups of 30 or more, covering everything from strength training to nutrition and recovery.

Now, I bring all of that experience, along with a genuine passion for helping others, into my private training business. Whether you’re starting from scratch, chasing a big goal, or overcoming physical limitations, I’m here to guide you with empathy, knowledge, and real results.

In our initial DietFIT session, you and I will create plan for you to rely on while we work together. Also included in any plan is my own recipe library, an ever-growing database of healthy meals and meal prep ideas.

Complete Workout and Recovery Plan

In your FITplan, the full workout and recovery plan we will come up with in our 60-minute kickoff session, you will find all the workouts you need as well as what you need to do to keep your body moving well as it grows and develops.

Live Call Support

Every week, I will be available through text support, weekly phone calls, and monthly virtual sessions so that we can ensure your success with your FITplan.
