Each plan comes with one of four strength training programs:

  • the Lightning Strike (3-day)

  • the Thunderhead (4-day)

  • the God of Thunder (5-day)

Your customized program is complemented by a full nutrition and recovery plan, which is created, managed, and progressed through:

  • a virtual 30-minute DietFIT Session

  • a virtual 60-minute FITplan Session

  • Weekly 15-minute Pacesetter phone calls

  • Monthly virtual 45-minute FITplan review meetings

  • StormFIT text support: 9am-5pm PST Mon - Fri
